Terms and Conditions

By scheduling service with Safehouse Dryer Vent Cleaning LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Service Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring the dryer and vent area are accessible at the time of service. If access is not available or the appointment cannot be completed upon arrival, a $50 service call fee may apply.

Roof Access
Some dryer vents terminate on the roof. If the vent is located on a Spanish tile roof or another roof surface that presents a risk of damage or unsafe access, Safehouse Dryer Vent Cleaning reserves the right to decline the job. In these cases, a $50 service call fee will apply for the site visit.

Existing Duct Condition
Many dryer vents use older or low quality ducting that can be fragile. During cleaning, deteriorated or poorly installed ducting may tear, collapse, or separate. If ducting is damaged due to age, improper installation, or poor material quality, replacement or repair will be required at the property owner's expense. Any necessary replacement parts and additional labor will be quoted before work proceeds.

Vent Length or Installation Issues
Standard dryer vent cleaning covers a typical residential vent run. If the vent system is unusually long, severely clogged, improperly installed, or requires additional disassembly to clean safely, additional service fees may apply. These will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

Animals, Nests, or Obstructions
Occasionally dryer vents contain bird nests, rodents, or other obstructions. If removal requires additional labor or repairs to the vent system, additional service charges may apply.

Dryer Performance After Cleaning
Cleaning the vent often improves dryer performance, but Safehouse Dryer Vent Cleaning cannot guarantee the operation of the appliance itself. If the dryer has pre existing mechanical issues, those may become more noticeable after cleaning. We are not responsible for internal appliance failures such as heating elements, motors, gas components, or electronic controls.

Additional Repairs
Minor repairs such as replacing vent hoses, clamps, vent covers, or other small components may be recommended to restore proper airflow and safety. Any additional work will be discussed with the customer before being performed.

Service Limitations
Safehouse Dryer Vent Cleaning provides dryer vent cleaning and minor vent related repairs. We do not service internal appliance components. If appliance repair is needed, we will recommend a qualified technician.

Safety Conditions
If a vent system is installed in a manner that is unsafe or inaccessible, Safehouse Dryer Vent Cleaning reserves the right to decline service.

Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Stipe.

Liability
Safehouse Dryer Vent Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by pre existing structural issues, improper installations, deteriorated ducting, or hidden conditions within walls, ceilings, or vent systems.

Fire Safety and Insurance Notice
Dryer vent cleaning reduces the risk of lint related fires but does not eliminate all fire risk. Safehouse Dryer Vent Cleaning cannot guarantee that a fire will not occur in the future and is not responsible for fires or insurance claims related to dryer or vent systems after service has been completed.
